The house is opposite the road from Royal Liverpool University Hospital, University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University.

This house is ideal for mature students or young professionals who are friendly, social and respectful to their flat mates. The tenants of this house are very house proud and tidy.

It has been decorated to a high standard. It has four bedrooms - all have lockable doors, and a new bed, wardrobe, desk & chair. No bedding or linen are included.

The living room is very comfortable with 2 sofas and a tv. It also has a back garden and cellar.

Rent includes utilities, council tax (students only) and broadband/wifi.

Professionals will have to pay £42.75/month towards council tax in additional to the advertised rent.

We've had a number of long term tenants first completing their Master's and then PhD and who are now staying on even though they are in employment. We think this is a good reflection on us as private owner landlords and the type of house we provide.
