This house is ideal for mature students or young professionals who are friendly, social and respectful to their flat mates. The tenants of this house are very house proud and tidy.
It has been decorated to a high standard. It has four bedrooms - all have lockable doors, and a new bed, wardrobe, desk & chair. No bedding or linen are included.

We've had a number of long term tenants first completing their Master's and then PhD and who are now staying on even though they are in employment. We think this is a good reflection on us as private owner landlords and the type of house we provide.
