Room 2 is quite small, carpeted, with a single bed withdraws, wardrobe and desk.

The lounge has a comfortable 3 seater sofa, fireplace, coffee table, and 50in TV

The dining area has a modern wooden table, with 4 gust chairs, and can be pulled out to accommodate 6.

The bathroom, though small, is brand new, and endless hot water for shower or bath is available..

The modern kitchen includes gas hob, electric oven, fan, fridge freezer + another freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. All included.

Sylvie is French, perfect English, and currently recovering from a broken ankle, hence the stairlift, but a super host and a fun spirit. She has a small dog called JJ, who is very lovely. other pets considered but would need to get on with JJ.

This location is perfect for students attending the University, with bus routes 1 minute away, and anyone wanting to be in the Anfield/Liverpool area. A friendly, tree-lined road and a typical Liverpudlian street community atmosphere exists.

Take-aways, a co-op, and post office 1 min walk. Asda and more, 15-minute walk.
