The house is located just off Allerton road near penny lane and has great transport links as well as close shops and pubs/bars nearby.

-Double (unfurnished, but can help with furniture)
-Great size wardrobe/cupboard space
-Blackout blind
-Built-in Shelves

The House:
-Open plan downstairs
-Garden with outside toilet and shed
-Washing machine, dryer and fridge/freezer
-Cosy living room with fireplace
-Good size kitchen including all the usual cooking machines you need!
-Gas oven
-There is also a small storage/craft room and Under stair storage space.

The Housemate:
-Professional- Art and Craft playworker
-Graduated from LIPA this year
-Creative, friendly and easy-going
