Hi, my name is Steph I'm a 23 year old qualified nurse looking for a new flatmate to live with me in a modern 2 bed penthouse apartment available in The Collegiate building, in January.

I moved to Liverpool from Northern Ireland 4 years ago. I’m a very friendly, open minded and independent person who’s up for a conversation after work, but also respectful of others space and privacy. I’m hoping to find a place with like minded respectful people.

The Collegiate is on a major bus route to the city centre (3 minute journey). It has stunning views across Liverpool city centre. Features include: Lounge with opening and closing solid sliding doors to balcony. Two double bedrooms. Modern bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster included. Utility/storage room. Off street car parking space available.

Rent is £425 pcm per person excluding bills. Deposit required equal to one months rent.
