LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
The house is located on Warbreck road in L9 and the nearest train station is 5 minute walk away and the closed bus stop is also just a 2 minute walk with great links to Liverpool city centre, Sefton Park and Lark Lane.
LOCAL FACILITIES
The property is just a 5 minute stroll to local shops, such as Iceland, Tesco, Home Bargains and plenty more.
Switch Island Retail Park is a short 8 minute drive away, which houses a range of stores, including fashion, electronics, and home goods. Just a stones throw from the property are also plenty of pubs, takeaways and convenience stores
RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.
MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
