Housemate wanted in 4 bedroom detached house

We live in a 4 bedroom detached new build property near Broadgreen and Alder Hey Hospitals in Liverpool.
We are happy to rent out a furnished double bedroom which is the second largest bedroom in the house. Due to our master bedroom having an ensuite, the bathroom will predominantly be for the tenants use (hence why I have stated en-suite in details). The room has built in wardrobes, draws and desk for housemates use. We are also willing to be flexible and rent out the room for short term stays and/or Monday to Friday working arrangements (message for more details). As our home is very close to the hospitals it would be an excellent location for medical professionals/students. Broadgreen train station is also just a 5 min walk so it is very quick and easy to get into the city centre and the estate is located within 5 minutes of the M62 motorway.

My wife and I are professionals (teacher and researcher). We are friendly and therefore don’t mind if housemates wish to socialise with us in communal areas but we would also appreciate some chill/down time to ourselves as I’m sure our housemates would also appreciate. We absolutely only want to share our home with very clean and tidy housemates. We do not wish to consider people who work from home.

We have a large garden and when the spring and summer arrives we have a hot tub in use and an outside bar! We really think whoever lives here will be very happy.
