Our property is located overlooking Botanic Gardens and is an 8 minute walk to Edge Hill Train Station. It is 1 mile from the Technology Park and just 1.3 miles into the city centre.

We've combined our love of spectacular interior design, with luxurious quality. Each room has been tailor made and uniquely designed, all offering private en-suite facilities, workstations and fully furnished. There is on street parking available at the front of the property also.

Let's talk internet - the house includes access to high speed Ubiquiti WIFI running approx 350 MB along with ethernet points at each workstation.

For security we have a video intercom system also which can be controlled in the hallway so you can see who's at the front door.

We've created a large kitchen and a seating area with a large flat screen Smart TV. The back door opens from the kitchen to a rear yard with casual seating to enjoy the lovely weather (whenever that arrives this year!).
