The room available is fully furnished with a desk, storage shelves, 2 bedside tables, a large en-suite bathroom, and a spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room is one of the largest in the house and it also has a full size whiteboard.

Smoke detectors throughout the house and carbon monoxide detector.

Good on street parking.

50 week fixed term contract. £390 per month, all bills inclusive (including wifi and TV licence).

£200 deposit (Deposit Protection Scheme)

Current contract finishes 20th July 2020. We are on a rolling tenancy so new contract commences 21st July 2020.
