Student wanted for double room in shared house

It is a large nine double bedroomed house located in the very popular student area of Smithdown Road with a vibrant student social scene. One room is available, with 8 being taken already.

You will occupy one double bedroom, lockable, and share communal facilities with other students in the house. Communal areas included two showerooms, and one extra WC with hand wash basin, two cooking areas in the kitchen and large lounge.

Rent includes all bills and broadband, and payable for the 12 months tenancy duration starting 1st July 2020.

Yesterday 20th April, I took a video, please look at it. This is the house as it is now during this coronavirus lockdown. All the current students have gone home. I made the video so that potential tenants could look at this video rather than visit the house but of course you can visit , arrange viewings through me.
