Hi,
My name is Gabriela, and my lovely current flatmate is moving back hom, leaving a cosy double bedroom available in my flat.
The flat has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room with a kitchen. It is in the lovely area of Toxteth/Princes Avenue, 15 min walk to the City centre and Universities, 10 min walk to Princes Park and five more to Sefton Park.
The room (like the house) has all furniture, including a double bed, fitted wardrobes, drawers, shelves, a desk, a chair and curtains.
We have plants, good light and nice pans for cooking! I have no TV in the living room as I don't watch it, but we have an excellent record player.
About the flatmate I'm looking for:
I'm looking for someone easygoing, organised and chilled.
I want to share a cleaning rota with the new flatmate for the common areas.
The person can be a professional working or mature student (preferably PhD/MA).
Given the rise in the bills, the room isn't suitable for someone that works from home and needs heating.
No heavy smokers, no druggies., no drama! I like wine once in a while and shared meals :)
About me
I'm a Arys and Design PhD student and freelance worker. I am working from Uni most of the week. I'm usually an early-rise, early-sleep person who likes cooking and watching films.
