Integrated pantry, fridge freezer, dishwasher, bins and microwave. A beautiful ceramic belfast sink and 6 seater dining table. Also included is a range of cooking utensils, cutlery and dinnerware!

Outhouse: Generous sized outhouse (currently used as storage) with additional freezer and washing machine.

Rear Garden: Large rear garden consisting of 3 tiers. 1st tier (accessed via snug room) consists of composite decking tiles and potted plants. Steps leading to 2nd tier; a small paved area with deep and extensively planted flower beds to either side with roses, dahlias, peonies, climbers, apple tree, hostas, ferns, hydrangeas and much more. Small pond area. Steps lead to the third tier; a large paved area perfect for entertaining, summer bbq's (bbq included!) or growing fruit and veg, should the fancy take you! Multitude of small shops close and an Asda Superstore and Jacks within walking distance. County Road is a 5 minute walk away with a range of takeaways, hairdressers and a gym. Walton Hall Park a short distance away.

WORKING PROFESSIONALS PREFERRED. Mature students may be considered. Pets considered subject to agreement with other tenants and additional deposit. No couples - unfortunately the amenities will not cater for more than 4 tenants at a time.

I'm currently a live in landlord, but I will be moving out very soon. You will briefly be living with my beautiful, friendly and slightly overweight rottie, Ned, and shy cat, Stan.
