Hi I’m Luke

My housemate is moving out at the end of the month and I’m looking for someone to take his room. You’d essentially be renting half of a 3 bedroomed house and it costs £500 each pcm including rent and bills.

I’m a professional person who works hard but also enjoys chilling in the evenings and weekends. This could be cooking and having a natter and a drink with my housemate, or, going out to do whatever.. sports, restaurants, bars, gigs etc.

I’m a youthful, laidback and easy going guy who tends to get on with most people.

The house is in a good location. Close to Wavertree, Greenbank and Sefton Park, plus only 15mins into town and 10mins to the M62.
