In this House we have 4 Males, all between the ages of 21 and 27. All working professionals.

The house has 6 rooms, a communal open living area and Kitchen. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

The house is located on Edge Lane in L7 just 15-minute walk to the Liverpool University of Liverpool. The royal hospital is also walkable in around 10 minutes (Depending how long your legs are). Bus routes from the main road (Edge Lane) is a stones throw away from the property and will take you straight to Liverpool One in 15 minutes

LOCAL FACILITIES
The property is just a 10 minute walk to Wavertree tech park and a 5 minute drive to Liverpool Retail Park which has restaurants such as Chiquito and stores such as River Island, New Look, Boots and plenty more!

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
