This house on three floors boasts a spacious modern kitchen, a dining room, a separate laundry room where there is ample space to hang your washing, a rear yard with a strip of land (where you are welcome to grow your greens) and te fastest Virgin Media 1 Gbps WIFI connection.

The pictures that you see on this advertisement are of all four en-suite bedrooms and of the communal areas. A viewing in person is highly recommended.

The regular prices for these rooms are:
ROOM A £144 per week
ROOM D £141 per week
For the first two months you may benefit from the discounted rate of £99 per week provided that no gaps are left between the leaving date of the previous person using your room and your starting date.

These rooms come partially furnished. We have a policy to provide storage, beds etc. but not mattresses. We believe to be safer and cleaner to create some form of separation from one user to the other. So you will have the opportunity to bring your own mattress together with your own bedding.
