WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 2 females and 2 males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

HOUSE lay out
The house has 6 rooms, a communal living area and Kitchen. Each room has its own bathroom, and every room has a double bed. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

The house is located on Spellow Lane in L4 and is just a 20 minute bus ride into Liverpool city centre .minutes . Kirkdale train station is a 10-minute walk and then a 6 minute train Journey into Liverpool central, The property is ideal for professionals looking for somewhere easy accessible to the city centre, without the high cost.

LOCAL FACILITIES
The house is located in a popular area of Walton and just a 1 minute walk away is the famous Everton Football ground. At the end of the street is Walton's County road which has plenty of pubs, takeaways and convenience stores.
Aldi, Iceland and McDonalds are just a 5 minute walk away and Stanley park is just a 2 minute walk away for lovely strolls.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
