The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

The house is located on Walton Lane in L7. Bus routes from the main road (Cherry Lane) are one-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 20 minutes.

LOCAL FACILITIES
County road is just a 15 minute walk away which has plenty of shops such as B&M. Home Bargains, KFC and plenty more. Along County road you will also find plenty of pubs, takeaways and convenience stores.
Aldi and Iceland are also just a short stroll away.
Just a 10 minute walk from the property the famous Everton football ground and the beautiful Stanley Park and lake for lovely strolls.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
