This property is located in the Wavertree area, Wavertree sports centre is 5 minuets down the road, with a Gym and Swimming. Just 10 minuets walk there is the bustling Smithdown road and Allerton areas, packed with pubs, bars, restaurants and a range of shops, perfect for social young professionals. Sefton park is also a short journey away.

LOCAL Amenities
Tesco express is just 5/10 minute walk and there is an Aldi and Asda located just 5 minute drive. The nearest railway station is Wavertree Technology Park located just a stones throw away! RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
