I am a working professional and live-in landlord looking for 1 person to join me and my housemate in a lovely 4 bedroom semi-detached house in the heart of aigburth.

The house is located on Oakland Road, a 15-minute walk away from Otterspool Promenade and 8 minutes by car to sefton park. Aigburth road is also a stones throw away where you will find ample bars and restaurants.

The small bedroom will be kept as a spare and you're welcome to have your friends and family stay in there when coming to visit.

There is a large shared back garden and patio area with a Okanagan hot tub (heated 24/7 and available to use whenever you like!) and an outdoor table and chairs making it a lovely space to enjoy a BBQ on a sunny day.

This house is in a fantastic location with plenty of amenities close by. Tesco Express is a 7 minute walk and the nearest bus stop is a 4 minute walk on Aigburth road where you can catch the 82 bus into the city centre. The nearest train station is Aigburth station just a 12 minute walk.

There is a large communal living room with a 55 inch smart TV, so you can catch up on your favorite TV series on Netflix.

There is a large sofa and a spacious dining area with a table and 6 chairs and patio doors leading to the back garden.

The Kitchen is extremely spacious providing plenty of storage space for all house mates. There is 1 luxury bathroom upstairs and a WC downstairs.

Weekly cleaning of the communal areas and a weekly gardner are all included free of charge!

All the bedrooms have double beds, smart TVs and large wardrobes providing plenty of storage. Free Wifi is available throughout the house.
