In this House we have 4 females, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

The house has 5 modern rooms all with En Suites, decorated to a high standard. All rooms are furnished and the Kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances so you can move straight in without any hassle. With this property there is on-street parking available.

The property is located on Rufford Road in L6 just a stone’s throw away from all of LJMU and Uni of Liverpool buildings. Liverpool City Centre is 15 minute bus ride away and the bus to the bus stop,
Edge Hill Train station 7 minute walk away with direct links into City centre.

LOCAL Amenities
Food shops such as Lidl and Iceland are just a 5 minute walk away.
McDonalds 2 minute walk away
Kensington road is a stones throw away and has plenty of Pubs, Takeaways and Convenience stores.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
