WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 4 Males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

HOUSE lay out
The house has 5 rooms, a communal open living area and kitchen, and every room has a double bed. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
The house is located on James Street in L19. Liverpool South Parkway is only a 5 minute walk which can take you directly to Liverpool City Centre in 20 minutes and also has access to Manchester, Midlands and the South. The 86 (24 Hour bus) also stops at this station.

LOCAL FACILITIES
ASDA is only a 5 minute walk from the house. There is a corner shop only 2 minute walk as well. Speke retail centre is a 5 minute drive which includes a cinema, restaurants, Morrisons, and many more.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
