I am looking for someone to occupy a double bedroom in my 2 bedroom property from 1st May 2024 (but open to negotiation). All bills are included and there is a fortnightly cleaner 😊.

The bedroom contains:

- Double bed (with under bed storage)
- A wardrobe with drawers
- Smart tv
- Desk and desk chair

The shared spaces include:

- Spacious kitchen/diner
- Bathroom (featuring modern L shaped bath with a waterfall showerhead).

The house is located a short distance away from all local supermarkets, a short 10 minute bus ride from the city centre and a 20 minute walk away from The University of Liverpool so is ideal for students. There is also free on street parking.

As for me, I am a mature medical student who also works part time. I am fairly busy most of the time so appreciate living in a quiet space where I can relax and recharge. I am clean and tidy therefore I am looking for someone who is the same. I am open to anyone who feels as though they are a good match!
