WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 3 females and 1 Male and all 4 are working professionals. They are sociable but quiet and like to use the lounge after work to wind down from a long day!

- ASDA is less than a 10 minute walk
- Newsham Park less than 20 minutes away
- 10 minute walk to the bus stop for any number 10 bus into the city centre

PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can begin the application process. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need.

MOVE IN
Move in dates will be arranged once your application has been succesful. Pro rata rent is payable depending upon the date you move in. We collect all rent on the 1st of every month. Deposits are registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing that the room is left in same condition as found. General terms are that the contract is for 6 months and then it enters a monthly rolling contract.
