The house is located on Talton Road in the Wavertree area.
Bus routes from the main road (Picton Crescent) is a 5-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 20 minutes. Wavertree technology park is a 15-minute walk away and a train get you to Liverpool city centre in just 15 minutes.
LOCAL FACILITIES
Asda and Aldi are only a 5-minute walk just on Smithdown road, as well as plenty of pubs, takeaways, and convenience stores also just a stones throw away.
Liverpool Aquatics pool and gym is just a 5 minute walk from the property and the Beautiful Sefton park is a 15 minute walk away for lovely evening strolls.
PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room and will begin the process for move in. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need. We also might request to do a credit check.
MOVING IN
Move in can be done the same week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
