WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 3 Males, and 2 Females all between the ages of 21 and 35. All are working professionals.

The house has 7 rooms, a communal living area and Kitchen. The house has all the necessary equipment; Pots, pans, plates, iron, hoover etc etc so all you need is literally yourself and a suitcase!

The house is located on Molyneux Road in L6 and is just a stone’s throw away from all of LJMU and Uni of Liverpool buildings. The royal hospital is also walkable in around 15 minutes (Depending how long your legs are). Bus routes from the main road (Kensington road) are five-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 20 minutes. Edge Hill train station is a 10-minute walk and has good links between town and towards Liverpool South Parkway.

LOCAL Amenities
Lidl is only a 5-minute walk just on Kensington road.
Home Bargains, Iceland, and McDonalds and Gym 21 are also a 5-minute walk just off Kensington/Prescot road traffic lights.
Edge Lane retail park is just a 8 minute drive or a 20 minute walk where there are restaurants and plenty of high street stores.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
