Double bedroom

I'm looking for a new lodger, the bedroom is a large with king size bed, built in wardrobes and lots of storage space.

Communal areas upstairs full suite bathroom. Downstairs is a Large kitchen, two living rooms/lounges and a downstairs toilet. There is a cleaner who comes every week to do the communal areas.

To the rear of the property is a fairly big sized garden and at the front is a drive with space for three cars that leads onto the garage at the side of the house.

Bills are included, this covers council tax, water, gas and electric, broadband. TV Currently has sky package with sky cinema, Netflix, Disney, prime on, Hbo max. Both living space have tvs and access to all tv packages.

Looking for someone respectful, tidy and able to get along with myself and the current lodger.

Last time I posted the room I had a lot of interest from couples which is fine but please don't ask if you can move in with your wife and child. It is a room rental and not the house so a family of 3 living in one room wouldn't be appropriate.
