The flat has a communal living space and kitchen which are finished to a high standard.
The house has all the necessary equipment; Pots, pans, plates, iron, hoover etc so all you need is literally yourself and a suitcase!

The house is located on Anfield road and bus routes are just a 4 minute walk where the bus can take you to Liverpool city centre in 15 minutes.

LOCAL FACILITIES
Morrisons is just a stones throw away as well as Farm foods, Home Bargains and Asda being a 10 minute walk away.
There are plenty of pubs, takeaways and convenience stores close by.
Liverpool football club is just a 5 minute walk and Stanley park is just a 10 minute walk for lovely strolls.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
