The house is located on Ruskin street in L4 and Kirkdale train station is just a 6 minute walk for commuting into the City Centre. Bus routes from the main road (Westminster Road) are two-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 20 minutes

ALDI is less than a 10 minute walk away from the property and there are lots of local shops, cafes and pubs in the area also.
Stanley park is also a short walk away for lovely strolls and the closest Lifestyles gym is just a 15 minute walk away.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
