Short term lets (Only) Wavertree area

I am looking for a new flatmate/s in the wavertree area the rooms are available from 17th January 2025 on a short term basis looking for someone who is chilled, relaxed and tidy, really don't like mess. Wanting someone who will be part of the house but also appreciates alone time too. Someone who is easy going, respectful and happy to socialise at times. As a house we get on well have games nights, pub quizzes and do other social activities. We tend to do a social house activity once a month. This is a home rather than just a rental and hope you feel the same if you join

The area is super lovely the neighbours are so sweet, walking distance to Sefton medical centre, 2mins to Wavertree Technology Park Station and 3 mins walk to buses into city centre, wanting someone who can join and just become part of the household !

Short term lets of 3 months or less considered. All bills included, free on street parking.
