WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 2 females and 2 Males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All are working professionals.

THE HOUSE
The house has 5 rooms, a communal living area and Kitchen. Each room has an ensuite and a double bed. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
The nearest bus stop is only a 5-minute walk away from the property and then just a 15 minute bus journey into Liverpool City Centre. Buses come often so no long waits at the bus stop.

LOCAL FACILITIES
The property is located just off West Derby Road where there are plenty of takeaways, pubs and convenience stores.
Iceland supermarket is just a 5 minute walk away and Newsham Park and lake is a stones throw away from the property for nice strolls.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
