The house has had the kitchen and dinning room fully refurbished and is fully equipped for user's needs including crockery/tableware. There is a shared bathroom with both a shower and bath. The house is located on a quiet cul de sac, with an enclosed rear garden that includes decking and an outside brick BBQ.

Current occupants are 2 females. We would preferably have a female professional living or mature student. Looking for someone who’s clean and friendly. We both love cooking, one tenant is very outdoorsy and the other is more into chilling and watching movies!

The rent is £550 a month. This includes all bills, council tax, TV license and Wi-Fi. A full months rent his required upfront as a deposit.
