Is there free parking?
Yes there is free off street private parking on the drive way.
Are the carpets new and is the property clean?
The property was fully redecorated a year ago with new carpets, walls painted, new beds and mattresses.
Is there a garden?
Yes there is a small shared garden area downstairs.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. £100 per week or you can choose pay monthly if you prefer.
Is there security at the property?
Yes. The outside of the property is covered by CCTV which you can view. You also need to go through two doors to enter the property.
You also have an additional lock on your bedroom.
