The house is well located just of Smithdown road and is just a few minutes walk to Aldi and Asda, as well as all the bars and restuarants on Smithdown. You can also be in the top end of town in under half an hour or 10 minutes on the bus. Wavertree park is a few minutes away with Sefton and Princes park only being around 20 minutes walk also.
Current housemates are guys from Australia and the UK in their 20s. Its a nice sociable house and everyone is relitivley new to loiverpool. I am a live out landlord.
There is a decnet sized yard to the back which is partially covered and has seating.
One double and one single room is available with all bills included.
