The house is well located just off Smithdown road and is just a few minutes walk to Aldi and Asda, as well as all the bars and restuarants on Smithdown.
You can also be in the top end of town in under half an hour or 10 minutes on the bus. Wavertree park is a few minutes away with Sefton and Princes park only being around 20 minutes walk also.
There is a decent sized yard to the back which is partially covered and has seating.
All bills included.
Current tenants are all working mid 20s to 30s and get on well.
