Large double room loft space for rent

Hi, I'm Laura 36yrs old, I live in a 3 bed house with a loft conversion. I am renting out the loft space which as you can see in photos, is a big room, with private door, 2 large velux windows and enough space to create a bedding and living area. This now has furniture or can be removed.
I have shared custody of my 11 year old daughter, for that reason I’m looking for someone who will be okay with this. I have her every other weekend and days either side.
There is a shared bathroom and kitchen in the house. This room has a double bed

I enjoy socialising with friends, cooking, going for walks and chilling of an evening.

I generally work in office Mon - Friday

There is off road parking outside the house, a convienence shop is a short walk and the house is a short drive from Liverpool city centre, surrounding areas and good access to the motorways. Also short walking distance to train station into city centre.

The rental will be £500pcm including all bills, internet, council tax.
