previous room is now completely empty and can be rented out for any **Full Time Student** as the **New Tennant** for only £80 a week (Inclusive of all Utilities!) up until the **Contract ends on the 7th of July 2023**

The Room in question is located at Marybone 1 (Address: 8 Marybone, Liverpool, L3 2BX) Flat 52c.

The Accommodation itself is situated incredibly close to multiple shops, including a Bargain Booze & Tesco Express and is only a few minutes away from St. John’s Shopping Centre. Aswell as this an LJMU Library is situated right over the street for those who are studying at John Moores. There is also an Included Gym across the Street located in the Marybone Student Village.

The Room itself is the biggest out of the 4 other Rooms situated in the Flat and includes a 3/4 (Queen Size) Bed, Sink and an included Desk.
The Flat as a whole includes shared Bathroom facilities and a Shared Kitchen as well as a Free WiFi Service provided.

The Flatmates are incredibly kind & are very accommodating!
