1 Double room available within the house is available from the 20/08/24 and will be fully cleaned prior to any move in. The room is quite a large room with lots of space. In the room you’ll find, a desk/chair, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bed/mattress, and a bed side table.

LOCATION – Walton - Just off County Road
This property is in the Walton area just a 20-minute bus ride into the city centre. There are plenty of shops, takeaways and pubs nearby, so there is plenty of useful amenities close to the property..
Stanley Park is just a 5 minute walk from the property for nice strolls.

HOUSE MATES
Across most our houses we seek to attract young professionals or mature students and try to keep the age range within the house all similar. We welcome all backgrounds so please do not hesitate to get more information on the houses. Due to GDPR we are limited in letting prospective tenants know the details of who exactly lives here but we vet all tenants prior to move in to make sure they’re a good fit for the property!
In this house we have 3 males and 2 females all working and between the ages of 21 and 35.

VIEWING PROCESS
To book a viewing, please message us directly here on Spareroom and complete the enquiry form with more details. This is to help us make sure we are locating the best properties for you in case this property has already been reserved. You’ll then be contacted by our sales agent to organise a viewing. We offer viewings on weekdays between 1-6pm and Saturdays 3-5pm, as most of our properties are lived in we are unable to do same day viewings and need at least 24 hours notice to arrange one for you.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can be usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
