Double room to rent in shared house

Just moved into the house myself so it is a work in progress, but would love to have a flatmate to make it homely with.
The room is currently furnished with bed and wardrobe.
I’m a graduate med student so in uni a lot myself, would rather a student too but open to young professional !
I am sociable, love being with friends, going out for dinner, brunch, coffee, keen cyclist just generally being out and about ! But also very much appreciate my own time and appreciate others space. Have lived in house shares for years now so very used to shared living dynamic. Just as long as you’re not obscenely messy 🤪
