In this House we have 3 females and 4 males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

HOUSE lay out
The house has 8 rooms, a communal living area and Kitchen. The room is on upper floor and shares the property with 7 other rooms. The house is kitted out through out with brand new stylish interior. Beautiful large rooms with only 2 rooms sharing a bathroom. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
The house is located on St Domingo Vale the Everton area and is just a 15 minute bus into City Centre. Bus routes from the main road (Kemp Road) is a two-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 15 minutes

LOCAL FACILITIES
There are plenty of shops nearby such as ASDA and Iceland which are less than a 15 minutes walk ands also lots of local cafes and pubs in the area.

PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room and will begin the process for move in. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need. We also might request to do a credit check.

MOVING IN
Move in can be done the same week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
