would you like to join a fun, welcoming house share? then you've come to the right place ☺️ we are a group of mid to late 20s, looking for a housemate who is chilled and likes meeting new people, must be lgbt friendly, come have a viewing and see if we click!

We are looking for someone to move in on 22nd October! For reference it is bedroom 1 that is available when looking at the floor plan.

The house is on a fairly quiet street, only a 5 min walk from Lidl and the queen's square bus route to the city centre! Only about 35 min walk to the city too if you'd prefer.

The house was refurbished in the summer so it's very well-functioning and retains heat well - it's always warm & cosy ☺️ we have all bills incl. so we don't have to worry about too much. There's a washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher. We are also fairly tidy and do our best to keep a clean house.

Everyone in the house is really friendly, and easy to talk to, currently a house of 2 boys and 3 girls, we like to chill and spend lots of time in the shared spaces, we sometimes go out for a few drinks or events.

Three of our housemates are queer (myself included)🏳️‍🌈 so i'm sure that queer/lgbt people would feel comfortable here, however, we accept any person of any sexuality/gender/nationality etc. basically... if you're chilled, open-minded and sociable and you think this might be the right houseshare for you, drop me a message to come view the house.
