1 Double room within this 6 bed house is available from the 21/06/24. The property offers spacious double rooms with plenty of storage and you’ll typically find, a desk/chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a double bed, and a bedside table.

LOCATION – Romer Road
This property is in the Kensington area just a 20-minute walk into the city centre. This area is is an ideal location if you’re moving within or to Liverpool. There are plenty of shops nearby, a JD gym only a 20-minute walk so there is plenty of useful amenities nearby.

HOUSE MATES
Now rooms focuses on professional tenants or mature students and we try to keep the age range within the house all similar. We welcome all backgrounds so please do not hesitate to get more information on the houses. Due to GDPR we are limited in letting prospective tenants know the details of who exactly lives here but we do our best to match our tenants to the right property through our application process.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.

*Please note the price advertised is for 12 months, we also can do a 6 month contract for £385 per month.
