The available double room is £450 per calendar month and would be perfect for a young professional new to the city or a student studying at one of the nearby universities.
About the House:
Our home has a stylish interior with a warm and welcoming feel. It’s modern, newly furnished, and finished to a high standard. The property includes a lovely kitchen, dining area, comfortable living space, and a back yard — ideal for relaxing or socialising.
There are currently three of us living here (all female), and we’re looking for someone easy-going who will fit in well and help keep the home clean and comfortable.
Location:
10-minute bus ride to the City Centre
10-minute car journey to the City Centre and business district
20-minute walk to the gym, Home Bargains, and B&M
Less than a 10-minute walk to ASDA and Iceland
Plenty of local cafés and pubs nearby
