Hi :)

I am a live in landlord looking for two friendly tenants to take over the two spare bedrooms in my lovely 3 bed end of terrace house.

The property is close to the city centre with great transport links, a park and lots of shops nearby.

I live away for half the week due to work as I'm a professional in the TV industry. But I am usually back at weekends and it would be great to share the space with two other tidy people who enjoy socialising and a chat in the kitchen.

A bit more about me - I love cooking, going to gigs, art galleries, hiking, and films. It would be lovely to live with someone with some common interests.

I am open to mature students or professionals and would ideally like to share with other girls.

COMMON AREAS
In the house we have a shared bathroom upstairs with bath and electric shower. Downstairs there is another small w. c.

There is also a shared living room with a super comfy sofa, dining table and smart TV.

A really spacious and bright kitchen with a washing machine and small dishwasher. There is also a toaster and kettle. Plates, cups, cutlery, pots and pans are all shared as well.

There is also a spacious back patio you can use with a bench, table and raised flower beds.

Loads of on street parking as well.

BEDROOM 1
Decent sized and larger of the two bedrooms with a double bed, double wardrobe and bedside drawer. The two windows let in loads of light so the room feels really airy during the day.

The current tenant has her own desk in the room so that won't be there when you move in unfortunately.

BEDROOM 2
Cosy bedroom currently with a single bed. There was a double bed in the room previously but the current tenant wanted a single so they could have more floor space. However, the double could be moved back in.

The room also has a double wardrobe and bedside drawer. There is also a TV and console in the bedroom which you are welcome to use or I can remove depending on your preference.

Council tax band A.

NEARBY AMENITIES
Edge Hill train station is only a 6 minute walk.

Liverpool City Centre is a 25 - 30 minute walk.

The Uni of Liverpool and LJMU are a 15 - 25 minute walk depending on which buildings you're based in.

Across the road there is a small convenience shop and a really good Chinese takeaway.

There is a Tesco Superstore an 8 minute walk away.

Iceland, Home Bargains and Farm Foods are a 7 minute walk.

Wavertree Botanic Gardens is a 5 minute walk.

John Lennon Airport is a 20 minute drive away.
