Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my current flatmates tenancy from September to January when I will be moving myself. You can stay until January or I will help find someone to take over from me then :)
The room itself has a comfortable double bed with under bed storage and some furniture. I would recommend viewing as it is more spacious than it looks in photos.
Located in City Quay just south of Liverpool city centre, the flat has excellent transport links with Sefton Park / Lark Lane about a 20 minute walk away. The Mersey is visible from the flat and is a great place for a walk or run! The flat is in a private gated community so is very safe and has its own parking space if you drive (I don’t).
There is a shared bathroom, and open plan kitchen/living room area. I also have a little hamster that would be our third flatmate :)
About me, i’m a 27 year old professional. I love to cook, read, going to the pub, gigs, and also staying in to watch a little film. I’m looking to live with someone who is tidy, friendly and respectful of shared space. Hopefully you are someone who likes to make a house a home, have a laugh and be friends!
The rent is 900 altogether so 450 split, the bills come to around 200 each on top. You will have to pass references through the estate agents, and there is a deposit of 1100, so 550 each.
