I am looking for a new house mate, i have 1 x double room available, which is part furnished (1 x double bed & 1 x tall wardrobe) room will be free the end of April and is open for viewing now. House occupants will be myself and one other house mate in the property also including his pug max.
Looking for someone who is clean and tidy and wants easy access to the city center or motorway both 15 min drives away, local shop are also within a 5 mins drive.
House comes with the following:
1x double room
1 x tall standing wardrobe
Driveway parking
Washing machine
Dishwasher
Large shared bathroom
Large back garden
1GB WIFI speed
Cleaner (£15 every fortnight from each tenant)
