Hi I'm Will I'm a 27yo junior doctor looking for another young professional to move in as one of my housemates is moving out. My other housemate Georgia is a nurse and we get on well so would be hopefully be looking for someone who is sociable and a good fit.

The house is on Titherington Way (just off Smithtown road) and has 3 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms (toilet + sink ground floor, bathroom first floor, ensuite with second floor bedroom); living room; kitchen; garden; parking spaces for 2 cars.

The room going is on the first floor with a shared bathroom. It also comes with an adjacent office room. Rent is £370/month (bills not included).

It's a 10 min walk from Sefton Park and a 15 minute cycle into the city centre.

Ideally looking for easygoing, sociable young professionals who are clean & tidy. Big plus if you're into cooking and keen to split meals some nights. 

I like live music/getting outdoors/cinema and am working full-time with occasional weird shift patterns.
