WHO WILL YOU BE LIVING WITH ?
In this House we have all Males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All are working professionals.

THE HOUSE
The house has 6 Double rooms, a communal living area and Kitchen. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
The house is located on Preston Grove and is just a 7 minute drive or a 30 minute walk away from all of LJMU and Uni of Liverpool buildings. The royal hospital is also walkable in around 20 minutes (Depending how long your legs are). Bus routes from the main road Sheil road are five-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 15 minutes. Edge Hill train station is a 10-minute walk and has good links between town and towards Liverpool South Parkway.

LOCAL FACILITIES
Iceland, KFC, Greggs, Tuebrook Market and plenty more shops are only a 10-minute walk just on Rocky lane. Just a 15 minute walk is Asda and Home Bargains. Newham park and lake are a stones throw from the property for lovely evening strolls.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
