I'm looking for a lodger to share my 2 bed Wavertree terrace with. Have had a wonderful lodger with me for the past 9 months or so but sadly she's moving away for work.

Recently refurbished 2021-22 to a high standard (my Covid project!) the property is a stand-out in the up and coming area of Smithdown Road.

- Someone of a similar age/personality type who wouldn't mind going for a pint occasionally
- Will respect the house and keep it clean, help with house plant watering etc - I've done most of the refurbishment myself so want someone who will treat it like a home.
- Professional/PhD candidate etc preferred - no students

Would be under a lodger agreement rather than formal tenancy
