I'm looking for a lodger to share my 2 bed Wavertree terrace with. My previous lodger has moved out for a new job in London, so am looking for a new person to share my house with.

Refurbished 2021-22 to a high standard (my Covid project!) the property is a stand-out in the up and coming area of Smithdown Road.

- Will respect the house and keep it clean, help with house plant watering etc - I've done most of the refurbishment myself so want someone who will treat it like a home.
- Professional/PhD candidate etc preferred - no students.

Would be under a lodger agreement rather than formal tenancy
