The rooms includes all bills, toilet tissue and cleaning supplies. The rooms all come with bedding included and integrated wardrobes and under bed storage.

Mature students or professionals preferred please.

The property is very close to a bus stop and is walking distance to the city centre and close to all amenities with the ASDA superstore a 10-minute walk away. It is also very close to the hospital and university.

This house is for those who want somewhere peaceful and relaxing and is not a party house. The house is well suited for those who want a place to relax, study or work from home.

There is a large parking space on the drive and you are welcome to use it and there is plenty of on street parking.

Reference checks will be carried out.

The house is kept to very high cleanliness standards and all occupants are expected to maintain them. Currently I am carrying out the deep cleaning schedule, if I am away a cleaner will be hired. Outdoor shoes are not to be worn inside. If you struggle to maintain a tidy and clean living space then this property is not for you.
