Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the summer months, the date of take over can be adjusted if necessary.

This is a spacious en-suite room at One Islington Plaza in the heart of Liverpool, with a small-double bed and a large shared kitchen / living area, bills included. The flatmates are clean and friendly and there is plenty of storage space both in the room and the kitchen.

This room is on the 7th floor with a view of Liverpool and 15 minutes from UoL. Building amenities include a common area, a gym, a cinema room, study room, laundry room and vending machines. 2 minutes from Lidl and 10 minutes from the city centre.

No council tax applies to students.
