Location: L1, with nearby amenities such as bubble tea shops, Starbucks, and a newly opened fried chicken restaurant
Convenience: Within a five-minute walk to Liverpool University South Campus, Tesco, and Coop. Ten minutes' walk to the city center for easy shopping.

Room Condition: The room has been recently refurbished, and during my stay, I arranged for a new mattress from the landlord, which is much more comfortable than standard UK mattresses!

Amenities: The apartment has a polite front desk, efficient maintenance services (usually next-day repairs), package handling, spacious common areas, a gym, and a cinema.
