Room in 3 arty bed house

LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONALS NOT STUDENTS

Hello! I currently live in a 3 bed house off Smithdown road with my housemate Poppy. One of our housemates is moving out, leaving a nice sized upstairs room in a cheap property.

We're both queer- she's a mature set design student at LIPA and I'm a graphic designer in the baltic triangle. She's a veggie and I'm not but I do eat a lot of lentil dal. Pop smokes, I don't unless unless I've been on the bevs, we're not a stoner house but not opposed.

We're quite a relaxed house, both of us are quite chatty people but also out a fair amount. You'd meet our friends, we have a house party once in a blue moon, but mostly we value a calm house and fairly clean.

I'm a performance comedy poet (Joan Cooper Snark anyone?), I do burlesque, I've started climbing recently. Poppy crochets a lot, sews and makes bits of chainmail. We both enjoy a bit of doctor who and anything trashy and camp alongside the occassional A24 film.

- 86 bus route 2 minute walk down the road
- (86A bus route that goes to Matchworks too)
- We have a spare room guests can stay in. I work in there when I'm working from home 2 days a week, but it's useful to have the space.

Legal stuff:
- Someone is leaving our contract so this is to replace them until the end of the contract on the 22nd June 2025
- Bills not included
-Splitting the council tax/bills I usually pay £375ish a month before water/electricity
- Council Tax Band A
